To benefit our loyal customers, we've designed a straightforward shipping structure. Mainland UK customers enjoy FREE SHIPPING*, without any minimum spending requirements. However, please note that certain postcode restrictions may apply*.

Delivery Options:

  • UK Delivery FREE (NO Minimum Spend): Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 working days, with no additional charge for Mainland UK customers. Please be aware that postcode restrictions may apply.

  • Express Delivery: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Express Delivery.

We are currently experiencing unprecedented order volumes and are working diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we strive to improve delivery times, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 working days
  • Delivery to certain areas (including Aberdeen, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Northern Ireland): Up to 8-10 working days.

*Postcodes falling outside our standard delivery area (e.g., AB, BT, D, DD, etc.) may incur additional delivery charges. The need for additional postage costs will be communicated upon receiving the order. (Failure to agree to the additional postage cost may result in order cancellation.)

International Delivery:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international postage.

Tracking Orders:

Upon placing your order, you will receive a comprehensive order confirmation email containing all necessary tracking information.

Order Cancellation:

To cancel an order, please email us at hello@bargainlab.co.uk promptly. Once dispatched, you'll need to wait until you receive the parcel and then return it to us for a refund.

Incorrect or Faulty Items:

In the rare event of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please follow our Refunds & Returns Policy. We will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund, covering the return postage costs.

Provisional Orders and Cancellations:

Please be aware that unless you have received dispatch and shipping tracking details, your order is not considered confirmed. Before we dispatch your order and you receive tracking information, the order will be deemed provisional. During this provisional period, we reserve the right to cancel the order for reasons such as stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
